Why is my claim still processing?

All prize claims are currently manually reviewed before being sent to PayPal.  This typically takes less than a day, but if you claim prize money on a holiday or weekend, it may take a little longer as your claim will usually not be approved until the following business day.


If your claim is still processing after 2 business days, please contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to look into the issue for you.
