What are your anti-smurf policies?

Smurfing - a form of cheating - refers to the practice of experienced players creating new accounts, also known as "smurf accounts," to play against lower-skilled opponents. These smurf accounts start with a low rank, which allows skilled players to face off against less-experienced players, often leading to one-sided matches.

We want to ensure a fun and fair experience for all players, so Smurfing is strictly prohibited.

To make sure players are not using smurf accounts, we require all accounts to be at least level 40, and not to have unusually high or low win rates.

Our anti-smurf rules change over time.

If you are blocked by the anti-smurf policy and feel this is in error, create a ticket or email us at support@rmg.io and we will be happy to investigate.
